Fisker's new electric pickup will compete with the Cybertruck and F-150 Lightning.

Fisker, an electric vehicle upstart, is competing for a piece of the American truck market with industry heavyweights Ford and GM.

On Thursday, the company presented plans for its forthcoming product range, which included the Alaska truck, a truly unique vehicle.

Despite Fisker's lack of specifics, we already know a few things about the upcoming vehicle.

It will cost $45,400 at launch, or $37,900 with a $7,500 federal tax credit, according to Fisker.

Initially, it shows the Cybertruck charging at Gigafactory Texas' solar-panel canopied Supercharging station.
